About Impact Counseling & Consulting Services
Impact Counseling and Consulting Services was created to provide highly competent, culturally relevant and relatable counseling options for youth, adults and families. Those struggling with behavioral and mental health issues like anger/aggression, decision making, respect for authority, anxiety, or impulsive behavior. ICCS also specializes in assisting those suffering from PTSD as well. ICCS is very familiar with and can assist students meeting counseling requirements to be reinstated after being placed on long term suspension or expulsion. We can also assist with counseling requirements that are required by juvenile courts to be in good standing.
Further, ICCS has already established collaborative partnerships with various organizations to assist clients in meeting the community service requirements needed to be reinstated and can assist families with additional supports and mentorship opportunities as well.

Joseph Lee
Mr. Lee has worked in and with many academic environments, from a host of socioeconomic backgrounds. From inner city to suburban academic environments serving both civilian and Military environments with counseling support, motivational & educational presentations. Mr. Lee is a skilled facilitator utilizing and customizing presentations to educate, enlighten, entertain and motivate students, staff, parents and Administrators. Stakeholders leave with the tools, resources, & motivation to make the differences needed in today’s challenging society.
Mr. Lee has an extensive educational, mental health & clinical background which includes maintaining a multi-state counseling practice, being a Crisis Care Network Provider, Military Family Life Counselor and was also an award-winning Licensed School Counselor. Mr. Lee has taught college as an Adjunct Professor in Psychology and has been featured multiple times on Fox News 5, News 13 ABC and has been called to respond as a subject matter expert on issues affecting academic environments such as Bullying, Trauma, PTSD and Behavioral Issues.
ICCS represents Employee Assistance Programs by providing Crisis Trauma Care for major corporations such as Toyota, Wells Fargo, USAA, Nationwide Insurance, Southwest Airlines, Sea World, UPS and GE Oil & Gas. ICCS has further been called to support national tragedy and crisis situations such as Sutherland Springs Shooting, Las Vegas Shooting and Houston Hurricane Support efforts of 2017.
ICCS currently supports civilian & military personnel in the San Antonio Texas and Grand Rapids Michigan working in various school system settings as a Cognitive Behavioral Counselor and Educational Consultant with the Department of Defense.
ICCS community efforts in conjunction with Kappa League of San Antonio Texas Mentorship program a subsidiary of the National Guide Right Program of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. have created a GPS award based on the GPS programming designed and facilitated by Joseph Lee’s Private Practice group sessions designed to develop critical thinking skills, motivation, situational awareness and consciousness on issues like politics, police interaction, social consciousness/awareness, public speaking & goal setting. A monetary award and plague will be awarded annually to participants of the program. The award is granted to those who demonstrate the Core components of The GPS program of having their “Priorities straight” and their participation in the GPS curriculum and Kappa League from day one to the completion of the programs calendar year.
Insurance is now accepted, and ICCS can assist those without insurance as well. Therefore, I am excited to be able to provide counseling services to families with low to no cost options.
